Return Policy
We have a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee policy on all shipments. A FULL refund is processed for any shipment that adheres to our refund policy.

If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return the unused portion within 30 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you for a FULL refund according to the following terms. To obtain a FULL refund, your return must be postmarked within 30 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you.

To return a product for an exchange or FULL refund you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the billing department at hellogrowthspurt@gmail.com.

An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the billing department at hellogrowthspurt@gmail.com

You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Please Note:

1) We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."

2) Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.

3) To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back.

4) Depending on the bank that issues the credit card you used, your refund can take up to thirty 30 days to appear on your credit card statement. Most customers see their refund within 3-5 days of our processing the refund. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued please contact our support department.

5) The product must be in the same condition that it was shipped to you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.

Shipping and Insurance
The standard ground mail service is shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.

Billing Issues
If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please contact customer support immediately of such error. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its publication.

Paid Offers:
On paid offers there is no auto-ship or continuity charges and you will only be billed once for your purchase. For example if you buy 1 bottle you will be charged one time plus shipping & handling.

Monthly Delivery:

By ordering the monthly delivery option, you will automatically become a part of our customer club in which you will receive a one month supply of our product. On approximately the 30th day from your original order date, and every thirty days thereafter, we will send you a fresh monthly supply of the product, and the form of payment you provided will automatically be billed the members only price that you paid for your first month's order. There's no obligation, you may cancel or adjust the shipments of your value-shipment program at any time.

There is no obligation, you can cancel your membership at any time by:

Emailing our support department at hellogrowthspurt@gmail.com. Please allow 24 hours to receive confirmation of your cancellation from our email department. When emailing us, please include your full name and address, as well as your order number if possible.

Please note: All membership cancelations receive a cancelation confirmation email that is sent to the email address that you provided to us upon ordering. If you do not receive a cancelation confirmation email when canceling, please contact our support department to confirm that your membership is canceled.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION AND THAT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF PRODUCT THAT WAS SHIPPED TO YOU, IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY US TO STOP SUPPLYING THE PRODUCT TO YOU.

Modifications to Services:
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.
